Okay, I’ll confess… I didn’t make this one. I bought it last night at Yeah! Burger in West Midtown Atlanta. It’s on their menu as the Fig & Goat Cheese Burger. I got lazy over the weekend, and had dinner plans for Monday night - so I bought a burger. Sometimes you just have to research your competition…
I’d wanted to make this burger for a while, but couldn’t figure out how to start. First of all, what do I do with figs? I mean, the closest I’ve ever gotten to a fig is a fig newton… I’ll tell you this, though. Another Bob’s Burgers fan did make a Fig-eta Bout it Burger, and theirs was a bit different than that.
I need this in my life.
